How do I add a voice message to my card?
During the creation process, click on the 'Add your voice' option in the customizer. You can then record your voice directly from your browser by clicking the microphone button.
Can I schedule a card for the future?
Yes! When finalizing your card, you'll reach a 'Delivery' step. Instead of 'Send Now', select 'Schedule for Later' and pick the exact date and time you want the recipient to receive their email notification.
How long does the digital card last?
Your Hugnotes digital card acts as a permanent keepsake. As long as the user has the unique link to the card, they will be able to view the photos and listen to the voice messages.
What happens if I make a typo?
You can edit your card as many times as you want before sending it. If you've already sent it, major edits like changing the theme or audio aren't supported to preserve the original moment, but you can always reach out to support if it's an emergency.
Is my card private?
Absolutely. Hugnotes cards are unlisted and are only accessible by people who have the exact, secure, randomly generated link. We don't index your created cards on search engines.
Can multiple people contribute to a card?
Yes, you can create a Group Card! Simply start a new group card project and share the contributor link with friends, family, or coworkers. They can add their own messages and photos before you send the final product.
